Residential Renovation and Addition

The extensive renovation of this undistinguished tract house in the Harbor Bay neighborhood of Alameda centered around improving its poorly laid floor plan, and injecting a dose of much needed architectural character into its interior spaces and exterior facades. Central to the project was the addition of a spacious and well-lit Conservatory office, with its stained wood interior and ceiling trusses. The renovated kitchen, living room and bathrooms add to the renewed sense of warmth throughout the home, and whose rich details convey a timelessness to the design. Feng Shui & Green Construction practices were implemented throughout the project.
