Residential Renovation and Addition

The addition of a new 2-story wing consisting of a master bedroom suite over a family room was designed to integrate with the original architecture. Custom designed wrought iron balconies, carved limestone fireplaces, hand hewn ceiling beams, and leaded glass windows are just a few of the details that enhance the original character of the house. The new enlarged kitchen is highlighted by stained cabinetry, limestone counters, and a custom designed stone range hood. Outside, a new stone paved front entry stair along with landscape elements such as a fountain, gazebo and a fildstone courtyard contribute to the bucolic setting for this stately residence.
