Rising majestically atop a hill in the Pacific Heights neighborhood, this 4-story residence was rendered in the style of an Italian Renaissance palazzo through the complete renovation of its interior rooms and exterior facades. The top floor was converted to the main living area, with the kitchen, dining room, family room and skylit terrace taking advantage of the sweeping views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the San Francisco bay. Highlighting the renovation are a custom designed oak front entry gate, wrought iron balconies, a carved stone fireplace and a mahogany paneled library with classically detailed mouldings.
