The proposed facade renovation of this 1890s Victorial row house seeks to recapture the appearance of what once might have been. The current stripped-down stucco exterior lacking in detail will be replaced by new carefully designed wood panels, trim, cornices, mouldings and columns. The resulting facade will be a delicately balanced and finely proportioned composition, rich in architectural detail.
